TECHNICIAN SWIM TEST
Location: MT Lakes YMCA
Requirements:
Bring swimsuit and towel
Swim 200 meters using 4 different strokes:
Back stroke
Side stroke
Breaststroke
Crawl (without swim aids)
IN-WATER SKILLS TRAINING
Location: Scudders Falls – Ewing Township
GPS: 1 Bernard Drive, Ewing, NJ
Directions: When you arrive, drive over the little bridge/canal and make a right.

Dry suit
PFD
Helmet
Gloves
Water shoes
Additional Items to Bring:
Lunch
Change of clothes
Towel
