Join us for an intensive Rope Rescue High Angle Operations and Technician course designed for emergency response personnel. This comprehensive program combines Operations-Level and Technician-Level training, equipping responders with the skills needed for high-angle rescues from elevated structures and below-grade locations.
Course Overview: Operations-Level: Focuses on safety, rope care and maintenance, knots, advanced rigging skills, anchors, patient packaging, litter tending, mechanical advantage systems, hauling and lowering systems, and belay systems. This training meets and exceeds NFPA 1670 standards for high-angle operations. Technician-Level: Refines operations-level skills while introducing advanced techniques like knot passing, complex anchor systems, and highline rope systems. Responders will operate in realistic conditions using the latest rescue equipment, preparing for complex high-angle scenarios.
